It is top notch. The flavor is excellent. There's a good spicy burn that isn't overbearing, but hot enough to make you say "Holy Cow!" It isn't a painful heat, just an intensely hot flavor. When a food is stupid hot, it makes my head sweat and that didn't happen. I dislike vinegar flavor in a hot sauce, but many have it because it's the usual way to make the Ph low enough in order for it to be shelf stable. I was unable to detect the vinegar flavor in this one, which I know isn't easy to achieve and is much appreciated. The burn lingers in your mouth, I'm thinking for at least ten minutes. I personally am a fan of that as long as it doesn't come with a bitter aftertaste, which this doesn't. In short, bravo! I think you've really come up with something excellent here.
